Our prevention model is designed to support everyone.
Shaped by evidence, lived experience, and frontline practice, it delivers education, early intervention, and support for young people, women, families, schools, and communities focused on preventing harm before it starts.
Delivered directly into schools across Australia, our prevention education equips young people with the knowledge, skills, and resilience to make better choices before harm takes hold.
Women workshops delivered across regional, remote, and disadvantaged communities, creating safe spaces that build hope, connection, and empowerment for women.
Delivered by Jade Lewis, these seminars give parents and families practical, evidence-based strategies to strengthen relationships, build resilience, and stay connected with their young people.
Mentoring and coaching for families navigating difficult seasons, working alongside parents to rebuild connection and re-engage with their young people.
Second Chance Choir is an award-winning choir made up of people who have lived through prison, addiction, domestic violence, and crime, standing alongside their mentors and families. Together they become one voice through song, sharing lived experience in a way words alone cannot. It is about showing that change is real, recovery is possible, and no one is defined by their past.
They perform across Western Australia at large-scale events, both secular and faith-based, using music to connect people, shift perception, and bring communities closer to what restoration actually looks like. It is a choir of hope.
We build capability early: resilience, identity, leadership, emotional awareness, and decision-making.
We strengthen the relational core of communities through advocacy, wellbeing, connection, and support.
We reinforce protective environments: communication, belonging, stability, and support networks.
We understand the pathways into addiction, violence, trauma, and recidivism. We intervene before they become permanent.
The choir is open to everyone! No experience needed, no auditions, just a willingness to show up and join in. Fill in the form below and we will be in touch with the next steps.
We partner with schools, businesses, churches, and community organisations who share our vision of a generation free from violence, crime, and addiction. Tell us about yourself below and we’ll be in touch.
